My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were 100% clean and very pretty, equipped with everything one might need for a short stay. They were also very comfortable with a nice sized bathroom and large shower. The service was really helpful; the staff was polite and provided great guidance, although there was some unwillingness to help with a messed-up reservation. The location was exceptional, being so close to the main tourist attractions in Verona. The dining experience was one of the best I have had in Italy, absolutely fantastic! The facilities were top-notch with plenty of choices.
